Who We Are

Holy Cross Presbyterian Church is a mission church of the Presbyterian Church in America, (PCA). That means we are a church starting from scratch. Our mission is to establish a congregation in Hudson that is faithful to Scripture, true to the Reformed faith, and obedient to the Great Commission.

Why Hudson?

We are planting Holy Cross in Hudson to reach the whole St. Croix River Valley. It's at the center of that growing valley, at mile marker one on the banks of the St. Croix, alongside River Falls, New Richmond, Woodbury, and Stillwater. As these communities grow, we desire the church to grow and mature with them.

Our Pastor

Pastor Matthew Cline moved his family of seven to Hudson to plant Holy Cross. He came from Eau Claire, where he was the church planting pastor of Clear Water Presbyterian Church. He is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary. A Wisconsin native, he aspires to spend the rest of his life here.
